Feminine Essence Morning Rituals Four, Five, and Six

You are now firmly on the path towards Feminine Essence and your true inner power. Don’t be alarmed or discouraged if it takes a few weeks of Rituals One, Two, and Three to feel ready to move on. Rushing is firmly rooted in your Masculine energies, and we’re moving away from that with this practice.  💕🧚🏻💕

Ritual Four: ☀️Wake and Shake 💓

Exercise is important for your health, but going to the gym as your first activity of the day puts you in a very masculine state. This sets you up for mental exhaustion and will deviate your Feminine Essence intentions. If you love the gym and it makes you feel fulfilled and happy, try going later in the day. Perhaps during lunch or in the early afternoon? And notice how your energies are different. This will help you approach your day—your life—from your most authentic feminine self.

To begin Ritual Four, first find a beautiful, sunny wall and stand against it—make sure your heels, hip, shoulder, and head are all touching the wall. Tighten your belly and your tush while you stand. Hold your beautiful self image in your heart for three minutes and don’t forget to breathe!

After the three-minute mark, begin to twist and shake, moving your body from side to side, ringing out your torso, and bringing blood flow and oxygen to your spine and heart center. Not only will this exercise give you gorgeous posture, it will soon give you confidence in your own self-image.

A recent study showed that only 2% of women consider themselves beautiful—this breaks my heart 💔 We are all Divinely created miracles. My hope is that Ritual Four helps resolve some of that self doubt through movement and visualizations that guide you to feel beautiful with inner Feminine Essence and confidence.

Moving along to Ritual Five: High ⚡Vibes 

Now that you are settled into the positive flow of self-love, let’s nourish our beautiful, capable bodies with high-frequency Feminine food and drinks. 

Begin by enjoying a nice, hot cup of green tea—jasmine, matcha, or another iteration of green tea (or any herbal tea) will suffice. You could also try mushroom coffee! This is the perfect warm and gentle hug 🤗 that our bodies need in the morning. Instead of a jolt, these beverages offer a nourishing gentle push with helpful ingredients and energies 🍵💫

Next we can move on to high-frequency feminine foods. Some examples are: 

🥣 Oatmeal with coconut milk

🥑 Avocados

🥭 Papaya

🫐 Blueberries

🍐Figs and pears

🌰Walnuts and almonds 

Not only do these foods satiate you, they invite in Divine Feminine frequencies through their fertile and nourishing properties. 

One more ritual to add food for thought 💡 before we focus on the seventh and final Feminine Essence Morning Ritual! 

Ritual Six: Give & Receive 💕Love 💕 

Now that you’re fully nourished, let’s feed your soul. Shower everyone—your loved ones, strangers, co-workers, babies, and fur babies with love. This can be energetic love, a smile, a hug, a compliment—there is no limit to the amount and type of love you give. And don’t forget to give yourself love!

In giving, you receive! When you put this Ritual into practice, I promise you will watch love return to you in  many ✨magical ✨ways.
