Feminine Essence Morning Rituals Seven and Eight

You are now on the final segment of your Feminine Essence journey. Do you feel that inner power working towards your surface?  💕🧚🏻💕

You are finally here. The precipice of your Feminine Essence Journey. And you have made it to Ritual Nine—my absolute favorite of these ten Rituals. 

Ritual Seven: Shower Others With Love 💕 

Now that you are fully awake, it is time to go out into the world and send it love. Ritual Nine is all about ❤️love❤️ Shower your loved ones—your family, friends, pets, with kisses. Give them big hugs. Make them feel special. Like they are the only focus of the room. You can also send love virtually through loving texts, 💌emails, and leaving a nice message on their social media. And last but not least, you may also send love energetically. This can be done to ANYONE, but I encourage you to send love to the ones you know need it the most. Maybe it’s your favorite barista at the coffee shop, or perhaps it’s your neighbor whom you barely know. Send them love and watch how much love returns to you! 

Receive and give all the love you can!

Once you feel especially loved, we can move on to the final ritual:

Ritual Eight: Vibrate From The Highest Frequency 💓💓

In the energetic world, the higher your vibrational frequency is, the more you can evolve into the Divine Goddess and manifest whatever your heart desires. With this higher vibration you can attract a great Flow of Life, Spirituality, Love, and Abundance. 

Our human frequency is at about 62–78 hz and the Divine frequency ranges from 92–360 hz. To achieve this shift, you’ll need the universal symbol of love: 🌹Roses have the highest vibrational frequency found on Earth. The petals alone produce an essential oil that vibrates at 320!

This explains why we feel so good (and loved!) when we receive a bouquet of roses, because… Love is also one of the highest vibrational frequencies of all emotions.

So when this emotion combines with Roses…🌟WOW🌟Each of these elements magnifies our vibration. 

So, after receiving all the love from Ritual Nine, apply Rose essential oil—it must be the pure therapeutic grade, otherwise it doesn’t work at this Divine level—on your chakra points, your wrists, and behind the ears to bring out your Divine Feminine.

You are welcome to add in Jasmine, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang essential oils as well to help to further awaken your Feminine Essence and higher power. You can also incorporate the power of roses by having images of roses on your phone or computer.
